We aim to answer enquiries on the same day, but at busy times it may take us up to a week to reply. There are many people who work behind the scenes to organise, judge, publicise and administer the awards and the shadowing scheme. Most work is done on a voluntary basis by CILIP Members with support from CILIP's Marketing Department and freelance experts.
