Can we find enjoyment in all these tales of loss and bereavement?
the Year 9 Book club are meeting up after school today to discuss how we are all faring with this year's Carnegie Medal selection. My Name is Mina is proving popular, perhaps because it is one of the few books which doesn't relate to death!
Let's see what the group have to say about the books today...
We also are LOVING between shades of grey! Even if it has a lot of death in it!!!:)

It's 4th April and tonight the Year 8 book club will set eyes on the shortlisted Carnegie titles...It will be interesting to see how many of the ladies have already read the books. I know Monsters of Men, the Bride's Farewell and White Crow are popular novels in our library.
