Being in the carnegie club
so far we think that the Carnegie club is a good way to find out about books that we've never really read or heard of before. we like being able to discuss about the books with each other so we know a bit about each book and what other people think about them.

Favourite book
So far I have read, Liar & Spy, Childís Elephant, Monkey Wars and Blood Family. I feel so far that each one appeals to me in their own way, I think the weakest of them all is Blood family because although interesting I donít think it captured the sadness of the story as much as I was expecting it to. Everyone explained how emotional it made them giving me high expectations which sadly it did not live up to. The strongest book in my opinion is The Childís Elephant because it gave me a much closer understanding of the characters as the plot unfolded keeping me hooked.
