What looks good in the Carnegie Medal Shortlist 2011
White Crow by Marcus Sedgwick - I would like to read this book because I like Gothic books. The story sounds dark and scary and the cover looks good too!

What looks good in the Carnegie Medal Shortlist 2011
Prisoner of the Inquisition by Theresa Breslin - I would like to read this because the cover is appealing and the story is set in the past which makes it my type of book. It is set in Spain and is full of adventure. I also think it will have been well written with a good storyline.
