First Impressions, Wolf Hollow -By Cheryn Byrne
The cover of Wolf Hollow is very elegant and detailed, just looking at the cover I can already tell that the book is a a little on the mysterious side and it looks very interesting. When looking at the name of the book I don't feel very interested in reading it, only because I have never read a interesting book about wolves, the only book I have read about wolves is the Jungle Book and that is know as a childrens book so maybe The Wolf Hollow is also a chilrens book

Don't judge a book by its cover... Aisling Macnaughton
Salt To The Sea by Ruta Sepetys It looks like it comes from the war. It could be based through the night.

Cover Review - By Archie Wood
The Stars At Oktober Bend - By Glenda Millard... I think the cover of this book is personally appealing because of it's simple colour scheme and it's imagery. The cover doesn't reveal to much about the story itself, but it's also a little confusing as I can't work out if the picture is upside down or not.

..First Chapter Review Of The Bone Sparrow.. -By Cheryn Byrne
The Bone Sparrow is a very interesting book to read and it really opens your mind to other peoples lives. By reading the first few chapters of this book,we noticed that the book was probably meant for older children and maybe young adults. The first chapter of The Bone Sparrow gave us enough information about Né and his family and their story line.

First Impressions - By Archie Wood
The Stars At Oktober Bend - By Glenda Millard... The first chapter of this book confused me. I wasn't quite sure why there were so many short sentences and none of the sentences started with a capital letter. I don't know what technique the writer was trying to use when not using any capital letters but it really bugged me, personally. Also I wasn't certain as to what was happening. Overall, I was left confused after reading this.

Don't judge a book by its cover... Abi Stevenson
Sputnik's guide to life on earth- Frank Cottrell-boyce. It doesn't really catch my eye and I think it looks a bit childish for our age range.

First impressions... Abi Stevenson
Sputniks guide to life on Earth - Frank Cottrell-Boyce I am very interested by this book. It was very mysterious in the way he mentioned that Prez can not play with knives three times, and that has really got be hooked onto this book because I would love to find out why. This book really surprised me because I thought the book was going to be childish from the front cover but from the first chapter I can all ready feel I am going to enjoy this book.
