Tring, Herts

Chapter 4
Whilst we have been busy in performances all this week, we have enjoyed many books and have been able to find enough time to read!

Chapter 3
The next part of our reading journey consists of indulging in all sorts of different books that allow us to experience new things and try new books we may not have read before. That is what our school's Carnegie club is partly about, stepping out of our comfort zones and reading some good and some bad books. It is also about some supposed "Bookworms" coming together and feeling able to discuss what we love! Question of the day: What genres do you think you could try to read more of?

Chapter 2
One book down and only a few more to go! This week we have all been enjoying reading and experiencing the different styles of writing nominated for the Carnegie medal. When our books arrived we loved the free bookmarks that came with them! We had so many nice ones with positive messages such as I love: Equality/Knowledge/Justice and so many more. After some research into these Amnesty bookmarks we found out that since 1961 Amnesty Honour have been helping people across the globe claim their basic human rights. We loved the idea of this and we also like all our books so far!- This weeks representatives- Evie, Georgiana and Bella.
