WOLF WON'T BITE!
Wolf won’t Bite!! By Emily Gravett Wolf wont bite was remarkable because it was unique to other stories and that I’m glad that this book is shortlisted for Kate Greenway Medal. This book was short but the story was exciting and enjoyable because it was easy and the structure of the story was amazing because this book will show children why reading is important and fun. When the children this book they will start to get into books even more and if they start reading early they could get on to harder and difficult books like trash another fantastic book but that was chosen for the Carnegie an di hope everyone will enjoy this book.

WOLF WON'T BITE!
Wolf Won’t Bite By Emily Gravett This book is about three pigs who own a circuit and a wolf that wouldn’t bite them. They tried mad tricks on him but still didn’t bite them until they put themselves in the wolf’s mouth and he bit but missed them. The three pigs got chased by the wolf at the end and they nearly bit him. My opinion on this book is that it is very interesting and funny when the wolf finally took a bite and nearly bit them. The three pigs were exhausted from running away from the wolf to save their life. I think this book is appropriate for kid 3+ and they will entertained enough by this book

Small Change Stuart
Small Change For Stuart Lissa Evans I liked the quirky scene of humour behind the writing. Stuart’s father, a writer of difficult crossword, made me laugh. There’s also an intriguing interest in magic and illusions through the story. It’s difficult to make something seem magical using written word but Lissa Evans manages it, drawing you into mystery and making you feel as if you’re helping Stuart in his discoveries. The character are fun and engaging and I found that what’s going to happen and read on as any 10 years old would. The action cracks along at a good pace and is a brilliant preteen magical mystery story. For me a book for younger reader has to do with lots of things, first of all it has to not only entertain but also have a journey as well as allow the reader to not only discover something about the character involved but find a little piece of them within themselves. This book is fantastic for young reader I will rate this book 10/10  By Bilal Imran :)

Small Change For Stuart
I really like this book because it is really intriguing, and I always wanted to find out what will happen next. Stuart has to move from Deary Town (his old house) to Beeton (his new house). Then Stuart meets new firneds in his new house and finds a new quest to begin, which his father did not want to complete. So Stuart thought he should complete it. Then he went on a long quest. To find his hidden Uncle Teeny-Tiny-Tony-Horten. He had to get clues from all over Beeton and was helped by April. First clue was Uncle Tony’s House. He had to enter through the back door but it was jammed and everything as overgrown. He then got the key and entered. He then had to open a safe in a chimney. Stuart then got open the safe he got the numbers from 3 machines from the Beeton Museum. Then he cracked open the safe. It was a black key for a padlock. Then He knew exactly the place where the workshop was. Under the band stand. He then opened a padlock and entered the workshop. He found 7 different magical Tricks. He then found a wishing well and wished to see his Uncle Tony with a bent three pence coin. He then magically transported to his uncle tony. He met uncle tony and found out that he too went back. He then magically went back to time that all. This book is awesome!  By Umer 

The Gift: It will blow your mind if you dont read!
The Gift I think think book the gift is an interesting and sad story because you can feel the emotions of the book. Its about a girl who want to be buried in the woods when she grows old. As she grows up she looks after it. she get married has children grand children and soon the saying of what goes round comes round turns into reality. The images are also very interesting. Slog’s Dad by David Almond
.S log’s Dad is a rather touching picture and text book about a boy dad who’s passed away and returns from heaven to see his son one last time. The story is seen through the eyes of what we can only assume is Slog’s best friend Davie, who doesn’t at first believe that Slogs dad has really returned. Davie asks the man claiming to be Slog’s dad questions about his life like: “What did you do, what job did you do,” and “Your wife, what’s her name.” Through the story is seen through Slog's friend, Davie, we still see Slog's state of mind, and how truly devastating the loss of his father has been for him almost as if he has not yet realised what has happened, and his dad supposedly “Re-visiting” Slog probably won’t help his mind-frame get used to being without him. I highly suggest this book as it is one of the best I have read in ages… May 2012

Solomon Crocodile
The Solomon crocodile book is a good book to read but it is more ideal for children to read. The book really inspires you to have fun and enjoy things and that at times it’s better to have a friend with you to Make those times memorable. The drawings in this book are really cool and funny the hippo made me laugh a lot. Its really a book of trouble. If I had to give this book a score out of 10 it would be 9 it would not be 10 because those little touches are missing. May 2012 Sanjidah Ahmed.

Words will never be replaced by Technology
TRASH BY ANDY MULIGAN Trash was one of the best books I ever read and I hope to read it again because the story just flow through your head and the structure of the story was incredible. I know this book will win and this utterly, utterly, utterly expected. The best part of the story was when Raphael explained what he had found in the dumpsite and that he had once found a rich family’s trash bag, another best part was when he told us what they do with things they find so they find material that we use and trade it for money and this once they are going on a big adventure, that’s why this story is remarkable and I hope you read it too because you never will find out until you read May 2012 Dennis

We will Rock the World By Reading
A MONSTER CALLS BY: Patrick Ness It is about a boy whose mother is sick. But one day she gets even sicker and she needed to get more advanced medicine. Meanwhile her son, Conner, the protagonist of this story, begins to see a monster. He sees this monster at 12.07 every day. The monster came walking so he can cure someone. But Conner thinks he came walking to tell him stories. When he tells him the truth he thinks that his mother will be cured but the monster came to cure him. One day Conner is taken into the nightmare where his mother is about to be killed by an even vicious and scarier monster. When he goes to save his mother he lets go of her and she falls off a cliff. The monster tells him why he came. It was to cure him of his suffering. This is an interesting story and I enjoyed reading this book. It is for people aged 10-14yrs old. It is a horror book for children hence the name A MONSTER CALLS. BY: Abdul Said May 2012
