Chobham Academy Book Group
40 Cheering lane, London
Group status: We are enjoying rediscovering past Carnegie Medal winning books along with reading new books on the 2017 shortlist.

Our school library

We meet in the school library. There is an area in the library called Carnegie Corner that has lots of Carnegie posters and medal winning books to browse and borrow. Everyone comes in when we have a book talk, the librarians provide biscuits and drinks. We enjoy getting together to discuss the books but hardly ever agree with the judging panel decision on the winner!
