Group status: We Read A Monster Call And We We're All Intrigugined. We Are Only Half Way Through Yet We Still Feel Like We've Read The Whole Book! AMAZING! :)
HELLO! We are a group of enthusiastic Year 6 readers and we love to read all types of books from detailed texts to picture books, we love them all! Our site is intriguing since every Thursday during our sessions we get together to read a book shortlisted for the CLIP Kate Greenaway medal then from that we immediately write our reviews and our opinions for you! We also enter in competitions for our school. So far we had entered the Oliver Twist competition and we literally have our place in 1st place. Following on from that, our site is unique. Its one of a kind and totally amazing. There are a variety of things to do on our site. If you like books and reading reviews and also writing your own reveiws, then you will fall in love with our site. Kick your feet back and enjoy!

Title: Zoo
Illustrator: Anthony Browne
Winning Year: 1992

Two brothers and their parents spend a day at the zoo, looking at the animals in the cages - or is it that the animals are watching the visitors? This book is a teasing examination of the relationship between man and animals, and the role of zoos.
