Northgate High School
Dereham,
Group status: Reading furiously

We are hooked!

Our shadowing group encompasses a range of pupils from years 7,8,9, and 10, as well as several members of staff. There is a gathering every week, and we are currently reading the shortlist, which is a variety of compelling and captivating books. We regularly update our blog/site, where we talk about which books are our favourites, and as a group we disscuss possible way to change our poll. On the whole, our group is friendly, inviting and welcoming to all ages. Our students are enthusiastic, and always excited to try new books. We are looking forward to hosting an event on the day the winner is announced. We will be taking a vote on our favorite - we hope the judges will agree with us!
