SMSP Book Shadowing Club 2016

We are a group of 20+ children from year 6. We meet on Thursday lunchtimes and read one of the Greenaway short listed books, then have some fun writing reviews, drawing pictures and even sometimes making things when time allows. We enjoy looking at the pictures in the books and seeing how they relate to the text. Sometimes the pictures tell a completely different story but sometimes it tells the same story! Aspen and Maddy like The Sleeper and the Spindle whereas the girls from 6I like Sam and Dave Dig a Hole! Maryse, Freya, Freya, Olive and Tean performed a play which was very enjoyable! The twins enjoyed Captain Jack and the Pirates! We found Something About a Bear quite dull but the pictures were beautiful!
