Colyton Carnegie Group
Colyton, Devon
Group status: On Wed 23 June we held our 'Voting Party' and chose 'The Ask & the Answer' as our favourite book!

Our group pictured with Carnegie judge, Julia Hale, who visited in May.

The 21 students in this year's Shadowing Group presented the books shortlisted for this year's Carnegie Medal to pupils from two local primary schools - Seaton & Musbury. The librarians from Colyton public library also came along and talked about the books shortlisted for the Greenaway Award. A great time was had by all - topped off with some splendid nosh from the school canteen :-) We are eagerly looking forward to finding out who the official winner is. Mrs Sue Burns-Price, Librarian
