VERMUYDEN SCHOOL CARNEGiE CLUB MEET EVERY THURSDAY LUNCH TiME iN THE SCHOOL LiBRARY TO HAVE A GOOD NATTER ABOUT THE SHORTLiSTED BOOKS. WE WORK iN CONJUNCTiON WiTH THE LOCAL LiBRARY SERViCE AND OUR GROUP LEADERS ARE MRS SMiTH, WHO iS VERMUYDEN'S SCHOOL LiBRARiAN AND KARA, WHO iS COMMUNiTY iNFORMATiON OFFiCER AT OUR LOCAL LiBRARY. WE'RE VERY OPiNiONATED AND OFTEN DiSAGREE WHEN iT COMES TO WHETHER A TiTLE HAS BEEN WORTH READiNG! ALL iN ALL WE CAN'T WAiT TO SEE WHO WiLL WiN THE MEDAL AND WE'RE LOOKiNG FORWARD TO OUR OWN CARNEGiE FINALE ON JUNE 25TH. WE'RE PLANNiNG NiBBLES, A QUiZ, COMPETiTiONS AND MORE... WE'RE EVEN HOPiNG TO HAVE A JOiNT FiNALE PARTY WiTH TWO SHADOWiNG GROUPS FROM NEiGHBOURiNG SCHOOLS!
