Where the World Ends

Where The World Ends is a gripping novel about a group of friends getting trapped on an island. Throughout the book there are heartfelt feelings and intense moments. With everyone wondering if they will get off the island or not, the friends all continue to try and go back home to their families and friends. I didn’t really enjoy the book because the writer went on about things that weren’t important to the storyline.
I don’t think that this will be a novel that I will remember because it didn’t have me siting at the edge of my seat, gripped. In my opinion the story was hard to follow because of the useless information but there were words throughout the book that I have never heard of before that I now know what they mean and I can use these in day to day life. The book is set in the 1600s and I would recommend this book to anyone age 12+ because of the slight amount of strong language and it is hard to understand at points what is going on. Overall I would give this book 3 out of 5 stars.
