Salt to the Sea

"Salt to the Sea" is a story from their own view that involves the greatest maritime disaster in history that very few would know (it isn't the Titanic or the Lusitania!)about.

I find that the four different narrations are used to the best possible effect: you can read a chapter in one minute of spare time that makes you want to read just one more. It is full of plot twists and - as you begin to learn about each character - you develop connections with them and want them to survive. Unfortunately, however, many of the most loved do not.

It is a difficult read but, if you continue reading, everything ties together in a wonderfully woven story.
