Sputnik's Guide to Life on Earth

I, surprisingly, quite enjoyed this book. It was humorous, childish and such a fun read! I believe that the story was well construed and EXTREMELY easy to follow (naturally, you could tell this was aimed for 8-9 year olds. Which was a good thing actually; it was an easy read). Although I did enjoy reading this book; I don't think it's the right book for me. There were a few things that did seem out of place and I felt the story was slightly rushed near the end. In addition this, I didn't really 'transition' between some parts. However, that's probably because our brain works slightly differently in comparison to the target audience.

But overall, it did give me a good break from most of the depressing (but good) Carnegie books I've read so far. I would give it a 5/10. Maybe an extra point if Sputnik turned my light saber into a real one... :)
