Sputnik's Guide to Life on Earth

Sputnik’s Guide to Life on Earth is by Frank Cottrell-Boyce. It is about a boy named Prez, and an alien called Sputnik. Everyone but Prez sees Sputnik as a dog, with each person seeing a different breed. Prez, however, sees Sputnik as a little boy wearing a kilt.
Sputnik is here for a reason, the earth is going to be shrunk by aliens. Sputnik and Prez need to find ten things to do on Earth by the end of the summer holidays, or else…
This book is extremely hilarious, and there are some moments that will warm your heart. This book is ideal for anyone over the age of 7 years, and I recommend it to young children. I felt that this book was aimed for a younger audience, and that it is extremely funny.
