Liza, Fortismere

Beck is a book not for all, but like many novels it is about a journey. I'm not sure if I liked the novel but it wasn't bad. It starts in England, where you meet Beck, a mixed colour orphan, this is where you find out about his past away family and sympathy builds us for him. After an incident in England Beck is sent to Canada, to a farm that treats him horribly, but little does he know that Canada may in fact be, his happy ending. An OK book, 7/10.
