The Bone Sparrow
The Bone Sparrow was an interesting book of the life of refugees. It was realistic and also quite touching towards the end when the loved character Eli passed. Despite it being quite long the build up towards the main problem in the book was engaging to read. The book also gave feeling to the reader as it explained the whole story in first person. While reading the book it was easy to understand what Subhi, the main character, was like and how he felt about the situation.
Overall I really enjoyed the book's story and characters.
