Jim, Sidcot School

Beck

Overall, I felt that the book was worth reading, despite there being multiple voices and no struggle for the main character to overcome. This is similar to books like 'Adventures of Huckleberry Finn' where there was no central plot and the journey was serial. I think the book was written this way to appropriately describe the long journey Beck injures. The book has many mature themes, which addressed well. I would recommend this book.
