I read Wolf Hollow and it was a gripping story from start to finish. It's based in WW2 and a girl is trying to save a troubled man from being accused of murder.
This book was a murder mystery and deals with events when a girl goes missing and due to previous events the only suspect is Toby. Every chapter brings new questions and ideas about what happened to Betty.
At the heart of this story is a chaotic family of eight in one cramped house. As the reader, we know most things which some of the characters don't. This book is good as two troubled characters come together to form a strong bond but all does not end well for them. Overall, I would recommend this book as it does make you use your brain and put it to the test which I like in books.
Once you start it's hard to put down.
