Salt to the Sea

I thought Salt To The Sea was an inspiring book that showed different depictions of the war. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it and it made me realise just how devastating it actually was and how it ruined so many peoples' live and tore apart so many families. The book was really intriguing. I was a great read and would definitely recommend it. Salt to the Sea was probably on of the best books that I've read so far. In addition, I thought that the fact that the book was narrated from four different view points, Alfred's, Joana's, Florian's, and Emilia's, added to the book being so interesting.
