Sputnik's Guide to Life on Earth
I really enjoyed this book. I think it was an extremely well written book with the right amount of humour and description making an excellent book.
The main character is Prez who comes from the temporary after his granddad was taken away. Then all of a sudden he is met by a random person who wears a kilt and claims to be from outer space called Sputnik, and the real twist is that everyone else thinks Sputnik is a dog!
It is an amazing book which I would definitely recommend as it has good literature techniques and has been constructed well to make a gripping, unput-downable read.
The writer is very good at describing places and people setting scenes which can easily be imagined as it is so well written. He presents each place well which manages to fit in to the story without it becoming boring, or lacking in detail so you don't know what is happening.
I overall really enjoyed the book and would say it is well worth reading and that the plot is very good with convincing characters and a nice humour added. Each chapter is portrayed well and you really can feel as if you are in the story.
I would definitely rate this book highly.
