Salt to the Sea

Salt to the Sea is an amazing book set in WW2. The book really delivers some emotional blows, and really conveys the emotions and terror the people in the book must have been feeling. The journey they go on is desperate and incredible, and the deaths and bonds are really quite emotional. I do believe that the climax to the big finale of the boat sinking is well done, and I am happy that somebody decided to raise awareness of such a terrible event. I would 100% recommend reading this book, as it is a very eye opening book.
