Edwin, St Bede's Inter-Church School

Wolf Hollow

I enjoyed reading this book. It was very good at making all of the characters seem slightly bad and yet nice and the mixed relationships that they have with Annabelle as she goes around her day to day life. I find the plot very well spun as it seems like it isn't there but really makes the whole book come together. I liked the setting and it was brought alive very well for me. The characters also bring the story alive and the struggles of the community is portrayed exquisitely. I feel sorry for the Toby because he is blamed just because he was in the war and unsettles people when walking around. He seems like great person and I think his character is a work of art. I wouldn't be able to create one like it.
