Emily, King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls

Wolf Hollow

This is a book that I just could not put down. After reading Salt to the Sea I was adamant that that would be the most amazing book I would ever read, however I think I may now have a new personal winner. It is one of the few books I have read that I have not been able to predict at all, therefore keeping you enthralled in the story until it ends, at which point I just had to put the book down and reflect for a while. It is also one of the only books that has managed to make me cry, which is surprising for a book that begins so simply and innocently. The whole story from start to finish was an emotional roller coaster, and I almost felt like I was living in Wolf Hollow experiencing all the drama along with the characters.
