Tofarati, Our Lady's Abingdon (OLA)
Salt to the Sea
Like many of the other Carnegie books I loved the cover but it's not nearly as good as Bone Sparrow or Wolf Hollow. The book itself was great. It gave me view war in a different way. This book kept me on the edge of my seat well my bedtime before I was finished with it. It's written thoughtfully and beautifully. I love the different perspectives and the lies in this book. I love the non-fiction based fiction that really comes alive in this story. I'm not usually a person for romance but the amount in this book was just right. This book get a 4.5/5 stars.
