The Bone Sparrow
The Bone Sparrow, is a very involving and interesting book, it portrays the real desperation for freedom, that refugees in detention centres endure. I liked the plot, and the characters were very life-like. It was sad, and believable, not too ambitious, and on the whole, very enjoyable. The only criticism I have for this book, is the ending. For some reason, I didn't find it as realistic as the rest of the story. It all just happened quite quickly. The camp was not damaged when the main character, Subhi, left, but when he came back, it was on fire. This, however, was the only, very minuscule flaw I detected, and I would still highly recommend this book!
