The Bone Sparrow
The Bone Sparrow is a great book where a boy waits for his dad with his ma and sister in a refugee camp. He has a creative imagination and a heart full of stories. He makes an unexpected friend along the way to freedom. I liked this book because it was a tiny bit like Salt to the Sea. The plot is a lot different, but both books include refugees. I also enjoyed this book because its different to what I usually read, which makes this whole thing more exiting for me. Overall this book was great and I loved using my free time to read the plot within the story.
