The Journey

The Journey is a very good book aimed at refugees from Syria and all the poor countries and all the poor countries around the world. People are moving to richer countries like the UK and Italy because they want to get a better home and get a job, some didn’t even have homes back in their home country. It is written by an Italian author named Francesca Sanna. The illustrations are really good on all of the colourful pages. I really liked the library page and the detail in it, and the missing father’s page where all his objects are lying around in the air. I also really liked all the hidden animals on most of the pages, it was really fun trying to find them, it was like a scavenger hunt. Overall it is a very good book. I would recommend this book to 4-12 year olds. I would rate it a very good 9 out of 10, for all the amazing illustrating and the way the story flows through the pictures and the writing.
