The Wolves of Currumpaw

Before I even open this book I am just overcome by such creativity coming from this beautiful work of art. I have read another of William Grill's books: Shackleton's Journey. Both are pure wonders of a kind of magic not quite understood and certainly not found often.
This may seem strange but the paper quality is excellent. If the 'drawings' don't convince you that it has come straight out of someone's scrapbook, the paper does. Its texture is so convincing. You could spend whole minutes examining just one of these magnificent pictures on this magnificent paper.
The story to go with the pictures is just wonderful and is quite touching. It certainly has a moral and is a mere joy to read.
Overall I almost can't summon up this book. Even using the most positive words I just couldn't rightly sum up 'The Wolves of Currumpaw'. This is a clear winner for me.
