Sputnik's Guide to Life on Earth
I found this book very intriguing, especially the idea of a dog who looks like a different dog to everyone apart from Prez and his uncle. Prez goes on many adventures with Sputnik and they depart from each other various times. The author wrote this book in a way that you become almost attached to Sputnik, so when Sputnik left Prez, I felt sad, as if I was the one who had lost him. Sputnik is such a creative and crazy character, as he carries around a portable doorbell, for example, which is certainly crazy and imaginative. This book had a satisfying ending, despite Sputnik going away, and I would like the author to make a sequel to this book, so I, and many others, can read some more adventures with Sputnik and Prez. I would say that the only down side was that the language was a bit simple and this book may be aimed at children in around the age range of those in primary school. This did deter from loving this book, but in some ways the plot of this book makes up for its flaw.
