The Bone Sparrow
This book is set during the second world war in a refugee camp. It follows the story of trying to survive in such harsh conditions and situations. My favourite character was Eli because he helped Subhi a lot and always tried to make good things come out of the camp when they usually never did.
I didn't really like this story, personally, because I thought it didn't have any true meaning and it was quite boring in parts. I mostly didn't like thought because it wasn't really my style of a good book. Overall I wouldn't recommend this book as I never really got it to it and felt like it had a purpose.
