Mary, Sacred Heart Shadowers
The Smell of Other People's Houses
I really enjoyed 'The smell of other peoples houses' because I really enjoyed the way it was told from four different perspectives. I enjoyed how each character saw events and people differently, which gave me an insight on to how other people view the world versus how I do.
It is a fiction book about the events of four teenagers' life in Alaska, the 1970's and despite the unusual setting, does a very good job of capturing the troubles of a teenagers' life.
