Tidy is a book about a badger named Pete who loves to tidy up everything in the forest whether it's wildlife or plants. he then puts the forest into trouble when he cleans too much of the forest up. He ends up putting concrete all over the destroyed forest at the end and realises how all the animals including himself couldn't get to their homes underground or store food because the soil was covered up so the next day he put everything back to where it belonged.
I like how she's trying to make the badger seem like a human destroying the forest because thats pretty much what the moral is. The colours and sketches excel in being relevant to the story and she made Pete and all the other animals show their emotions very clearly.
I would recommend this book to 8-11 year olds or just anyone who loves animals as much as I do. My rating would be 8/10.
