Mushkan, King Edward VI Camp Hill School for Girls

Wed Wabbit

One would think it would be hard to get into a children's book at my age but I beg to differ. This book had me turning pages late at night. Its plot could not have been any better. Lissa Evans does a great job enticing young readers into the book as well as older readers such as myself. Bringing the protagonists of the book into a storybook world with some very quirky characters Evans not only teaches various life lessons to all but also shows one can have a lot of fun. It definitely deserves its titles of 'Children's Book of the Week' and a place on the Carnegie Shortlist.
