The Smell of Other People's Houses

I think this was an amazing book. I don't usually like more than two points of view in a book because it can get quite confusing but it worked perfectly here. I could relate to the characters so well, and the author's portrayal of teenagers was spot on. The author brilliantly evoked the era- I felt I was actually in that time period. Having more than one point of view was crucial in this book because there is always something going on and it's especially satisfying watching the characters develop and subconsciously follow the same path. 8/10
