The Bone Sparrow
I think Bone Sparrow is a wonderful book thats let you really connect to the characters. The fact that both the characters have poor lives let you be sympathetic towards them and this makes you want to read on as you hope that it all turns out well in the end and they all live happily ever after despite the cliche as sometimes cliche is satisfying and good. Also, this book has many different plots that take place parallel to each other but they are all slightly linked one way or another for example there is the book that relates to the present through the necklace(please note I'm being vague so it won't spoil anything). So overall, I think it is a very good book and has a high chance of winning the Amnesty Award especially how it is endorsed by Amnesty International.
