Wolf Hollow is about a young girl who had the best war-time life you could wish for until Betty a city girl came to live in the country. Then everything went downhill her best friend Ruth disappeared as did her woodland camera friend Toby. But then most mysterious of all Betty disappeared. Suddenly she found herself being treated as an adult and taking on adult responsibilities. When she hears noises from Wolf Hollow she becomes fearful. Overall this book was very good however the plot is quite slow moving. You have to give this book a chance and get into it. I would recommend to anyone over the age of ten or eleven. This was an enjoyable book with a change of events and cleverly thought out plot. I would tell others in my year to read this book.
