Sky, OSSMA Oracles

The Stars at Oktober Bend

I quite enjoy this book, it was a really good read. At first it was quite confusing but after the first few hundred pages it all became clear. When I first started reading it I was confused about why a book that is supposed to help you have better literacy skills had no capitals.
The story moved fast and was full of tension and I am a sucker for a good love story so this melted my heart. I was able to sympathies with the main character, Alice, and it really proves that love is able to be found in the strangest of places. At the end I felt so worried about would happen to the characters and I could feel the tension in the pit of my stomach. It was also full of withholding. Its only downfall was how confusing the story was. I got a lot of people in my group asking me if I understood it and to be honest I was as confused as them up until the 150 mark (that when it all becomes clearer).
But all in all I really enjoyed this book and would recommend it to others. You just really have to stick with it and see it through!
