The Bone Sparrow

I thought that The Bone Sparrow is a wonderfully created book with a lovely message and brilliant storytelling. I hated the detention centre but I loved the way it was set in the book. The stories were excellent and I felt like I was really listening to them with Subhi and Jimmie. The idea was wonderful and I liked the way you didn't find out the location of the book until the end. But the only bad thing was that it ACTUALLY MADE ME CRY!!!! Well not actually saying that's bad but I found it so sad at the end.
I would recommend this book to almost everyone apart from people who prefer crazy books because this is more like a sweet, sad symphony.
