The Wolves of Currumpaw
The wolves of Currumpaw
By William Grill
The Images in the book were very beautiful yet simple. The story was very beautiful and the illustrations were lovely.
However to be completely honest i did not really like layout. I found the layout incredibly distracting.
The book was very large, however the text was remarkably tiny among the very large illustrations. You almost have to strain you eyes to see the words.
An other distracting factor was that regularly there where pages laid out like comic books, however the text was not within the images, and two or so sentences summing up a bundle of maybe 12 images. It became exceedingly hard to focus on the story line.
On the other hand, the sketchy drawings where very powerful and lovely to look at.
