Wed Wabbit

Wed Wabbit, is a fascinating book, that looks a bit childish, but when you read it it is actually very good, and has lots of interesting adventures. What I liked about this book, was that it had lots of unexpected outcomes, or troubles that the character have to face. The contrast between a little girls imaginary world and the challenges that seem a bit out of place from their difficulty, or that the punishments are what the little girl would not want to do were funny, like cleaning tables. I believe this was very clever and made the story more interesting. I think that the title, and cover of the book were a bit disappointing, because to anyone who had not been recommended the book, it would seem childish and would not want to read it, it could have the opposite effect, making a younger child read it and find it difficult to understand. I would recommend this book to children between 8 and 13 as it has childish aspects but is actually clever and a great read. I would rate it 8/10 for its unique contrast.
