Sputnik's Guide to Life on Earth

My personal thought on SGTLOE was that the book was greatly projected and the book did have factors which were handled very well by the author, for example, making the alien a dog which is one of my favorite things about the book. I would not be able to say that I LOVED the book and would read it again but I would recommend it to my younger cousins because the book was humorous to read, I believe the is book is an excellent book for younger children it has qualities which I thought were very childish and what made this book unique was in one the chapters they made the protagonist speak Spanish and many people may not know how to speak the language and due to this a lot of people now have benefited from this experience improving Spanish skills. I would score this book a 3/5 because of how many times this book made me laugh out loud the story could have been improved some of the information did not add up, for example, why would the put Prez with a loud family is he is so quiet. But I can look beyond that and see how much the author made his characters come to life.
In conclusion, the book was not made for but I know some people who adore this book to bits. The book didn't really a huge impact on me like the others but it did make me realize that the little things in life mean a lot without them.
