Aeryn, Book Chasers
Saint death is a fast-pace, dramatic book about the risks people take to earn money and escape poverty. The main character is very loveable and easy to like meaning whenever he is in a bad or risky situation you feel worried and scared for him as though he is a real person. The storyline is capturing and keeps you interested throughout the book, offering snippets of the different characters pasts so that they are given more depth. The ending was powerful and hard-hitting showing the cruel brutality of life in poverty on the borders of Mexico. I would definitely recommend!
