Where the World Ends
This was an odd book. Not in the plot or even the characters, they were all pretty ordinary; but in the way it made me feel little to nothing, and little to nothing actually happened. I feel it was a pointless book and the ending was completely unresolved, and not even as a plot device, as nothing happened to BE resolved.
It did however include some iconic lines such as (paraphrasing here), '"She's like a cow, once you put a fence around her, she's yours and cannot escape"' and 'Kevin thrust her hand between his legs, "You can be Keeper o' this"'
Altogether, Where the World Ends was an average book with a few redeeming points but not enough to make it extraordinary.
