Saint Death

I thought that Saint Death was a really good book because it challenged you to think about what was being written. For example he would include Spanish words that I had to go and translate which made me think about the book while I wasn’t reading it and it also gave me a deeper understanding of what he was writing.
The writer really made us connect with Arturo [Main character] and just as you thought there was no hope for him to find $5,000 there is a sliver of hope that comes into his head but as he goes to persue it, it fizzles out.
It was a book that kept me hooked until the end. The ending was really well put together and got you to really empathise for him.
This was an excellent book that I would recommend to everyone.
