Diana, CoLA Chatterbooks

The Bone Sparrow

Others must agree that this book has been a really interesting book, but from my point of view, this book has not been the kind of book that I would say I would read all of the time. However what I did like about this book was the structure of the book and how the author wrote the book from the preservative of the character, which I believe is something quite hard to do as you need to analyse the character and create a character. What I also found interesting about this book was how it gave a prologue and instead of you having an idea of what the book is about you have to read the book and I really got intrigued with what the book is about. I also have the other opinion of that I believe that the idea of not having a prologue is quite bad because if you read the prologue you will as I said have an idea of what is going to happen and then you can make the decision of reading the book or maybe choosing something else.
Overall I believe this book does have its ups and downs which make the book interesting for some people but from my point of view, this has not been one of my favourite books.
That is why I give it: 3 stars
