The Hate U Give

I feel like this book is really good, its story is based on real life situations and I like that about it. It does have quite a lot of graphic content, but if you really don't like books with that content then I don't think that you'll enjoy this book. I ignored the words that were there and I found the book spectacular. I haven't really read books like this, if you pick it up it wouldn't really interest you as it just has a picture of a normal girl and a dark background. I normally go for books with an interesting background most of the books that are like that aren't really amazing, but this book to me is great. This is one books that if you pick up you can never put down, it has an amazing story line and hooks the reader in. There is also a particular quote that I love in this book, its printed across the back of the book and it says,"what is the point of having a voice if your going to be silent in the moments you shouldn't be?" The only thing that I would say that could be improved is that it could have shorter chapters. A single chapter would be about above 10 pages. I recommend this book for young adults and if you like reading books about life situations, I would also recommend it to people who don't really read this style of books to see if they like it or not.
