Saint Death

This is a thriller that is set on the Mexican/American border and is based on drugs, gang-warfare and the dangers of attempting to illegally cross the border.
The main character, a teenager named Arturo, is trying to help an old friend return a large sum of money that he stole from a gang so that him and his family doesn't get killed.
I am really enjoying this book so far and can't wait to get to the end. When I first started reading this book, I found it quite confusing and it didn't really make much sense, but now half-way through, the plot becomes a lot clearer. The thing that I didn't like about this book, was that there was quite a lot of Spanish words included in this book and a lot of them didn't have the English meaning next to it so I found it tricky to understand quite a lot.
